Before I let 2006 go into the past,
I have to say that another milestone of mine
was that after 37 years,
I stopped biting my finger nails.
I'd tried many times over the years
to stop, but was never successful.
This time, I just stopped
cold turkey, and haven't
had even a nibble since.
